Off Ice Training

Where: Lydiard Millicent Village Hall - When: Friday evenings 5.30 – 6.30

Who will it benefit?
Everyone who skates will benefit by improving their flexibility, stamina and strength through the stretch, general fitness and jump sessions. This will therefore help you to perform better spirals, spins, jumps etc on ice and minimise the possibility of injuries.
Who are the instructors?
Every other week Vicky Groves (an ex-Swindon skater and now a personal trainer and advanced instructor) will take the class for stretch and aerobic exercises. On alternate weeks Lesley Norfolk-Pearce will take the class for jump sessions.
How much?
This depends on how many people enrol. At the moment we have about ten people interested and this would work out at around £4.00 per week. Initially we will enrol a maximum of 15. Payment will need to be made on a termly basis.
